Harmony aims to nurture the body through fun and unique classes combining movement, meditation, and mindfulness such as Yoga, Pilates, and Stretch. Harmony offers a variety of classes aiming to meet people’s various needs from relaxation, pain relief, increased flexibility, or just wanting to get more in touch with one’s body. We also provide full massage services to release tension in the body, improve blood flow, and reduce muscle pain and soreness.
